At UTN Wholesale, we strive to ensure your inventory needs are met with high-quality products and reliable service. If you are not completely satisfied with your wholesale purchase, we offer a streamlined return process for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Submit a Return Request

  Log into your wholesale account and complete the online Return Authorization (RA) form to receive your unique tracking number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Shipment

  Ensure all items are in their original, unopened packaging and securely pack them into a shipping carton with the RA number clearly labeled on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Send your package via a trackable shipping carrier to our central distribution center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
